update...

ok so today at artworks we got paired with design firms to help us with our work which is insane! i'm with tin box studios and the ppl are really nice. so, so far everythings been great except for the fact that i'm one of only two ppl in the whole group who have no clue about using photoshop and illustrator. its frustrating and overwhelming, so yesterday i googled tips on photoshop and learned a little, but really havent gotten anywhere which stinks. but anyway, thats just me venting a little so just ignore that haha
p.s. i'm about half way through this watercolor i started yesterday on the Taj Mahal, so i'll try to post it when im finished

Awww Krista! I'm really sorry you're so frustrated. Is there anything I can do to help? Maybe we could meet in the late afternoons or evenings or something to help you get caught up.
I have been in that same position before and I am aware how frustrating it can be. Please don't let it shut you down though. It is just something we had not covered yet. At least you are not the ONLY ONE!
Is it possible to partner with someone who is comfortable with the program? Have you talked to the lead artist yet? Also, maybe someone in the design firm will take you under his or her wing and do some intensive mentoring.
Whatever the case, this can be a wonderful learning experience for you so don't give up.
Remember this is only your first week. If nothing else, make a pact with the other non-Photoshop person that you will support each other emotionally.
Be aware, be involved as much as possible and be willing to do whatever it takes. It will get better and if we need to spend time together let me know. I'm here for you! Just call.

AHH, I'M TRYING TO LEAN TO USE PHOTOSHOP TOO! Everyone says it's so easy, but those are lies! LIES!
Haha, sorry I just understand your frustration so I decided to express it through caps lock.
Yay for watercolors! I'm beginning to love those little buggers. Even if I've been using markers recently... =D
I'm excited to see your Taj Mahal! I'm sure it'll be awesome.
