Hey Mama B! I just wanted to check up on what we did in class today, if I had make-up work or anything. I've got my animal piece done and will try to upload it to my computer. My scanner has been a bit bi-polar since the blackout so I'll do my best.
Alrighty so I had to edit this because I haven't been back to school yet. (The doctor doesn't know what's wrong with me so he took blood and I had to leave for that.) I was wondering about what I should do for portfolio day. I'll be at MND beforehand so should I ask someone to open the art room for me? I don't know what to do. =[

Sorry it has taken so long to answer you. I was on retreat as you must know by now and there was not internet access there. Therefore I didn't even know you had posted. I hope you were able to talk to one of the other teachers to get help for Portfolio Day.
If not, there will be some other Portfolio Days fairly close by, for example in Columbus or Indianapolis.
I was sorry you missed the speaker from Chicago. He was fun. We will have more visitors though.
Bring in what you have finished and we will talk then about what else you have to complete to be caught up to the rest.

No problem. Yeah, I tried going back on Thursday and Miss Sofie told me you were on retreat. I was pretty out of it so I'd forgotten. ^^;
I'm so glad there will be other portfolio days nearby. I don't know if I would have been able to go as it was because I was still sick.
Thankfully though my doctor finally prescribed me some medication so I'll be back soon!
